Instructions:


  1. Add the egg whites and the milk in a large bowl and mix for a few minutes.
  2. After that, add the hazelnuts and the ground oat flakes and mix the ingredients together. You can use some substitute for sugar as a sweetener if you prefer so.
  3. Mix until everything blends together perfectly.
  4. Put the mixture into a pan and bake for about 30 minutes until fully baked. To prepare the cream, put the cream cheese into a bowl, add the whey protein, the lemon juice and the sweetener as preferred and mix for a few minutes until you get a perfect, creamy texture.
  5. Once you are done, put the mixture over the base that you baked and start preparing the last part of the cheesecake – the topping.
  6. Put all the ingredients into one place and mix with a mixer until they become even.
  7. Pour the mixture onto the cake and put it in the refrigerator for at least one hour before you cut it.
