Amazing Broiled Salmon

If you have not tried this easy keto diet menu before, then I must say you have been missing a lot. Once you get on with the recipe, you are definitely going to put it on a repeat mode. The ingredients are not scarce, steps for preparation are easy and simple, and it takes just about 20 minutes to get it on the table.


  • Kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh chopped rosemary 
  • 1 tablespoon of grainy mustard
  • 2 cloves (finely minced) of garlic
  • 4 (4 Oz) of salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon of finely minced shallots
  • 2 teaspoon of fresh chopped thyme leaves, plus some for garnish
  • Juice of half lemon
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Slices of lemon for serving



  1. Heat grill and use parchment to line a baking sheet. Get a small bowl and mix the garlic, thyme, mustard, lemon juice, rosemary, and shallot and season with pepper and salt. Spread the mixture over salmon fillet and broil for about 7 minutes.
  2. Garnish with more lemon slices and thyme and serve.

Creamy Tuscan Chicken

This meal is definitely an easy way to start a keto diet. It is delicious, highly nutritional and performs excellently in weight loss process. Check out the recipes below.



  • Kosher salt
  • One tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • Four boneless skinless pieces of chicken breasts 
  • ½ c. of heavy cream
  • 2 c. of baby spinach
  • Three tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • One teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Three cloves (minced) of garlic
  • 1 ½ c. of cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ c. of freshly grated parmesan 
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving



  1. Use a medium heat setting to heat olive oil in a skillet. Add chicken and season with pepper, oregano, and salt. Cook until it turns from pink to golden, 8 minutes on each side. Remove the mixture from skillet and put aside.
  2. Use the same skillet and melt butter with medium heat. Add in garlic, stir and cook for about one minute until fragrant. Add cherry tomato and season with pepper and salt. Cook till tomatoes are starting to burst then bring in spinach and cook till the spinach is starting to wilt.
  3. Stir in parmesan and heavy cream and allow mixture to simmer. Put the heat on low and simmer for about three minutes till the sauce is reduced slightly. Put back the chicken in skillet and cook for about 5 – 7 minutes. 
  4. Remove from the heat, squeeze with lemon and hurray! It’s ready to be served and devoured.

Garlicky Shrimp Keto Zucchini Pasta

This is another easy keto diet you shouldn’t ignore to try out.



  • Three tablespoons of butter, divided
  • 1 lb. of large or medium peeled and deveined shrimp
  • Kosher salt
  • ¾ c. of heavy cream
  • 3 cloves (minced) of garlic
  • ½ c. of grated Parmesan
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Three tablespoons of large spiralized zucchini (or about four cups zoodles)
  • Three tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 c. of halved cherry tomatoes



  1. Use medium heat to melt one tablespoon butter in a large skillet. Add shrimps and season with pepper and salt. Cook for about two minutes per side till the shrimp turns opaque and pink. Set aside the shrimp. (Keep juices in skillet).
  2. Melt the remaining butter in a skillet then add in garlic and stir. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, then whisk in the heavy cream. Simmer, then stir in parsley, parmesan, and tomatoes. Simmer for about three minutes until tomatoes soften and the mixture is slightly thickened.
  3. Bring back the shrimp to the skillet and add some zucchini noodles. Toss to mix and serve as soon as possible. 

Bacon Wrapped Keto Stuffed Zucchini

Salty, creamer and delicious. You will definitely love this easy to follow recipe.


  • Kasher salt
  • 1 c. of shredded mozzarella
  • 8 oz. of softened cream cheese
  • Three medium (halved lengthwise) zucchini
  • ½ c. of frozen spinach, de-frozen, drained, and chopped
  • ½ c. of finely chopped artichoke hearts
  • One garlic (minced) clove
  • ½ c. of freshly grated parmesan
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes, and more for garnishing
  • Twelve slices of bacon



  1. Set your oven at 350o. With a parchment paper line a baking sheet and fit with the cooling rack. Remove seedy centers of zucchinis with a spoon.
  2. In a wide bowl, combine artichoke hearts, red pepper flakes, cream cheese, parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, and spinach. Season with pepper and salt and stir to mix.
  3. Scoop the mixture of cream cheese into zucchini boats, then wrap each of the boats with two slices of bacon. Put on a prepared cooling rack and put in the oven for about 35 minutes to bake or until bacon becomes crisp and zucchini becomes tender. Allow to cool a bit and serve!
