In a big bow put the minced meat, the cheddar cheese, egg, onion and the spices. Mix them together (preferably with your hands) until they all mix together. Once you are done, start creating small balls with your hands.
Put them in a greasy pan and bake them until their color turns brown. In the meantime, put the butter, water and the cream in a pot and cook for about 15 minutes making sure to stir the mixture all the time to prevent it from burning.
Then add the mixture on top of the meatballs and continue baking them for about 40 minutes until they marinate with the sauce. Check them regularly and stir the mixture from time to time. A very simple, but yet tasty recipe that is worth trying on your keto diet. First of all, cut the chicken into very thin slices and fry them in a pan until they get fully fried. Then make sure to chop the spinach and put it in boiling water. Cook until the water evaporates completely.
Once you are done, make small cuts into the fried chicken, add the cooked spinach and then add small pieces of mozzarella. In the end, add salt and pepper according to your own preferences. This food does not only taste good but looks incredibly attractive as well.
Add the butter to a pan, add the shrimps and the garlic. Cook for about a few minutes until the ingredients change their color. Start adding the other ingredients – water, lemon juice and the spices.
Dip the butter into a deep pan and add shrimps to finely chopped garlic and red pepper. Cook occasionally with stirring, while shrimps do not get a nice pink color, which will take 2-3 minutes.
Then add the base (water) and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, if desired. Let it cook for about 40 minutes to 1 hour. In the end, once it gets cooked, ad parmesan and parsley for a better taste.
