  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Chopped parsley 
  • Olive oil


Instructions:


  1. Beat the eggs in the bowl and add the baking powder. Wash the broccoli, then cut them in small pieces and place them under cold water for 15 seconds. Make sure that they get dried.
  2. Put the chopped bacon, onion and pepper into a large bowl.
  3. Chop the mozzarella into small pieces, add the Greek yogurt and mix everything with vegetables, bacon and eggs.
  4. Add parsley, garlic and pepper. You do not have to use salt if you have put cheese, but if you like salty food, feel free to add. Mix everything well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a muffins plate that you have previously greased with olive oil (you can also use muffins cups or, better yet, a silicone muffins platter). Fill the molds with the mixture and finally sprinkle with bacon. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for about half an hour. 

Keto Egg Muffin Cups with Avocado

Ingredients:


  • 1 – 2 avocados
  • 2 – 3 eggs
  • 2 – 3 tbsp of mayonnaise


Instructions:


All you need to do is create a mixture of these three ingredients and make small balls. In order to make cups, you can put them in muffins pan and make cups that you can later fill in with something.
