Ingredients for keto hot dog buns:


  • Half a cup of mozzarella cheese
  • Two ounces of cream cheese
  • One large egg
  • A quarter of a cup of almond flour
  • Two tablespoons of whey protein isolate


Topping:


  • One large egg mixed with two tsp of water
  • Sesame seeds for your own taste


Preparation:


  1. First, you should do is place the rack in the middle of the oven. Then line the sheet used for cookies.
  2. Dry off the hot dogs by removing them from the package and laying them down on a paper towel.
  3. Now mix the eggs and water so you get an egg wash.
  4. Using a medium bowl mix the mozzarella cheese with pieces of the cream cheese.
  5. Microwave this bowl for 1-2 minutes on the highest power. If the cheese hasn’t melted right, cook it for another 30 seconds more.
  6. Once its done, put the melted cheese in a food processor while also adding the egg in it. Keep processing it until it becomes smooth.
  7. Now add all of the other dry ingredients processing it into a dough. Don’t forget to preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  8. While the oven is heating, wrap the dough into plastic wrap paper and put it into the freezer. Your hands should be oiled while dividing the dough into 8 portions and roll them into balls.
  9. Now make a foot long snake out of these balls. Then roll the dough around the hot dogs.
  10. When you are done with this use a brush to put on the egg wash.
  11. Sprinkle the hot dogs with the seeds and bake them for about 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients:


  • One pound of ground beef
  • Half a teaspoon of onion powder
  • One tablespoon of chili powder
  • Half a teaspoon of cumin
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • An eight of a teaspoon of pepper
  • One teaspoon of yellow mustard
  • Eight ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
  • One dash of hot sauce 
  • Eight ounces of tomato sauce
  • Four sliced kosher hot dogs


Topping:


  • Two eggs
  • Half a cup of mayonnaise
  • A quarter of a cup of heavy cream
  • Eight ounces of shredded cheddar cheese


Preparation:


  1. The ground beef should be browned and seasoned with chili powder, pepper, onion powder and cumin salt. Mix the hot sauce, mustard, sliced hot dogs and tomato sauce.
  2. Spread this mix in a large pie plate that is greased and stir half of the cheese in. The eggs should be well beaten.
  3. Now whisk in the cream and the mayonnaise. Keep beating it until it becomes smooth.
  4. Once done, mix in the remaining cheese.
  5. All you have to do now is to pour this over the meat mixture and don't forget to spread it evenly.
  6. Now bake on 300-350 degrees for 30 minutes and when done, let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
