It takes about ten minutes to get this easy keto low carb egg noodles done and ready to be used in chicken, soups or other recipes. 



  • One ounce of cream cheese at room temperature 
  • Two eggs at room temperature
  • ¼ teaspoon of wheat gluten (you may omit this but it gives a better texture)



  1. Preheat your oven to 325oF
  2. Add the eggs, gluten, and cream cheese to the container of a blender
  3. Blend the mixture for about one minute until it becomes smooth
  4. Pour out on a silicone mat that is put on top of a baking pan
  5. Smooth out to make it a rectangle, keeping the batter super thin
  6. Bake at 325oF for five minutes or till its set. Make sure it’s not over-baked 
  7. Bring out from the oven and allow to set for some minutes before cutting into your desired choice. 

To enjoy this keto friendly noodles, gently simmer in a sauce. This recipe is ideal for two servings and contains about 111 calories.

Keto Chicken Noodle Soup Tender Lazone

This delicious chicken noodle recipe is an amazing option that helps for weight management. It is seared with butter in a pan then served with a decadent sauce over noodles. In less than 30 minutes, this delicious meal can be put on the table, so it’s a perfect option to consider for dinner. 

I can bet with you that if you prepare this recipe, you will definitely catch someone seriously scraping the bottom of the pan just to get a bit of the sauce. At first sight, the ingredient list might appear simple, but it is that good.

It is a bit spicy, so you can decrease or even omit the cayenne pepper if you are not too okay with the spicy.

The easiest noodle choice is zucchini, but this chicken noodle soup can go well with cauliflower rice or eggplant noodles.



  • Two teaspoons of smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon of dried basil
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • Eight pieces (about 1.25 pounds) of chicken tenderloins
  • One tablespoon of olive oil
  • Five tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 1.25 pounds of spiralized zucchini 
  • One cup of heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ teaspoon of xanthan gum
  • You can garnish with fresh chopped parsley if you like


  1. Combine the garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, dried basil, dried oregano, onion powder in a bowl. Add some pepper and salt to taste.
  2. Get another medium-size mixing bowl and put your chicken tenderloins. Add the tablespoon of olive oil & seasoning mix. Thoroughly mix together.
  3. Dissolve three tablespoons of butter in a skillet. Apply medium heat for the pre-heating. Add the chicken tenderloins and allow to cook for 3 minutes on both sides. The cooking temperature should be up to 165oF. Once the chicken tenderloins are cooked put them aside on a plate. I usually do this in 2 batches.
  4. Get your spiral zucchini cooked and season with pepper and salt. If you like you can sauté in a different pan or use the microwave. Decant if there is excess water.
  5. Add two tablespoon of butter to the skillet that the chicken was cooked in
  6. Whisk in the cup of cream. The cream and whisk should raise the browned bit off the bottom of the pan. To make the sauce thick, whisk in the xanthan gum. Taste to confirm if the seasoning is okay and add more pepper and salt as needed.
  7. Now your keto chicken noodle soup is ready! Serve with the chicken and zucchini. If you like you can layer it and serve the chicken on it.

This awesome and tasty meal can be served 4 times. Each serving is followed with 43.62 grams fats, 34.44 grams protein, 5.42 grams net carbs, and 561 calories.
