Preparation:


  1. Put the canned salmon into a bowl and add the all the ingredients except for the almond flour. Make sure to mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Once everything blends together perfectly, you can start forming small balls from the mixture. Put each ball into the almond flour and make sure you dip each side of the salmon ball. Then tap every ball with your fingers and put them in a frying pan.
  3. Fry for about 10 – 15 minutes until they start changing color into brown. 

Salmon Patties with Mayonnaise

Ingredients:


  • 400 – 500 gr of canned salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 3 – 4 tbsp of mayonnaise 
  • 1 tbsp of lemon zest 
  • 3 tbsp of chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder


Preparation:


  1. Put all the ingredients in one big bowl and start mixing them using your hand to mix them better.
  2. Once the ingredients mix nicely, start forming small patties with your hands.
  3. Put the patties into a greased pan and bake them in the oven or you can fry them in a pan.
  4. Do whatever works best for you. The taste will be pretty much the same.

Salmon Patties with Mustard and Cajun

Ingredients:


  • 500 gr of canned, drained salmon
  • 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of mustard
  • Cajun
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


Preparation:


  1. Put all the ingredients into one mixing bowl except for the olive oil and the butter.
  2. Mix with your hand until all the ingredients blend together.
  3. Form small patties and heat the pan with butter or olive oil (according to your choice) and fry the patties for about 10 – 15 minutes until they change the color to brown.
