Marinated salmon


  • 1 salmon fillet (the weight of the fillet should be about 300 grams)
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper in powder
  • 1 tbsp of dried and chopped basil
  • 1 tbsp of dried veggies 
  • 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice


This is one of the best keto diet slow cooker recipes. First of all, mix all the ingredients mentioned above apart from the salmon fillet and let them unite for a few minutes.

During this time, make sure to cut the salmon filet in a few places on both sides making sure not to cut it completely.

After that, one-half of the contents of the previously prepared mixture should be poured into an appropriate baking tray (it is best to use a refractory glass bowl) and sprinkled properly on the bottom.

In addition, place the salmon fillet and pour over the remaining amount of pre-prepared mixture, i.e. marinades.

When you have done this, put the bowl in the refrigerator and wait for about an hour for the salmon fillet to soak in the marinade.

Turn on the oven at 190 degrees C and bake for about 30 – 40 minutes until fully cooked.

Veggie Soup with Shrimp


  • 300 gr of chopped cauliflower
  • 200 gr of chopped broccoli
  • 100 gr of diced turnip
  • 150 gr of heavy cream
  • 800 ml of vegetable soup
  • 800 ml water
  • 500 gr of shrimp 
  • Salt


Put all the prepared vegetables into the vegetable soup and add the heavy cream. Add salt and let it cook for about 4 hours or so. After the first hour, make sure to add the shrimp and stir every 15 minutes.
