3 Keto Spaghetti Sauce Recipes To Try On Your New Diet

Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:


  • 3 – 4 tomatoes chopped into small cubes (or a tomato sauce from some of the many keto spaghetti sauce brands)
  • Mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Oregano
  • Garlic powder


Instructions:


  1. Put the tomatoes in a heated pan with the olive oil. Stir them up with a fork until they get a medium density.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, add the parsley and oregano. Sprinkle a little more with the spices and pull it to the side.
  3. Put the garlic and cook for another 15 minutes. Once the tomatoes are ready, you can add medium chopped mushrooms (canned, not raw).

Zucchini Sauce

Ingredients:


  • 500 gr of zucchini 
  • 50 gr of mushrooms
  • 75 ml olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 100 gr of tomatoes
  • Salt 
  • Pepper
  • Dried veggies


Instructions:


  1. Finely chop the garlic, onion and the zucchini and put them in a pan where you previously added olive oil.
  2. Fry for about 3 – 5 minutes making sure you stir all the time to prevent them from burning.
  3. Once you feel that they are ready, remove them from the stove. Add the spices and fry for 1 – 2 minutes, then add the mushrooms, salt and pepper.
  4. Chop the tomatoes and add them to the pan. Cook for another 5 – 10 minutes until the tomatoes become soft and blend with the rest of the ingredients.

Bacon Keto Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:


  • 400 gr of chopped tomatoes
  • 50 gr of chopped onion
  • 100 gr of chopped bacon
  • Butter
  • Dried oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions:


Put the tomatoes, the onion and the bacon into a pan where you previously added butter and pre-heated it. After 10 – 15 minutes add the spices and cook until it changes the color into brown.
