  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 5 Tbsp of olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp of Apple cider vinegar 
  • Salt (Himalayan)


INSTRUCTIONS:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds – 1 minute until the mixture gets creamy. Turn the blender off and make sure to stir the mixture with a spoon and repeat the same process. Once you are done, put the mixture into a jar and let it cool for about 1 hour in the refrigerator. (This will give a better taste of the mayo because all the different tastes will mix together).

Keto Mayo with Mustard

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp of Mustard (of your choice)
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice


INSTRUCTIONS:

Put the yolk and the mustard into a bowl and whisk until they mix together. Then start adding the olive oil but slowly. Make sure you do not stop mixing. Continue mixing for about 5 – 10 minutes until the mixture gets perfectly creamy. Then just add the lemon juice and the salt.
