  • Salt and Pepper

Put the quinoa in warm water to boil for about 15 minutes covered to soak the water.
Beat the eggs. Add the chopped spinach, slightly fried leeks, oregano, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the cooked quinoa. Stir well and add some salt and pepper. With this kind of prepared mixture, you can shape your muffins and put them in a heated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Good appetite!

Quinoa balls

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of quinoa
  • One small onion
  • Two carrots
  • 1 egg
  • Parsley
  • Mint
  • 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil


Instructions:

Wash the quinoa very carefully and then put it in boiling water on low heat and wait for about 20 minutes. The next thing to do is cut the carrots and the onion into small pieces.


Then you mix the carrots, the onion, the quinoa, the egg and you add the spices (this is according to personal taste and preferences). Mix well and make small balls. Put them into a pan that you previously greased with oil. Bake them for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius, until they are fully cooked. You can eat them with fresh green salad.

Quinoa Salad with Kale

Ingredients: 

  • 170g quinoa 
  • 1 piece of fresh kale
  • olive oil
  • dried tomatoes
  • lemon juice. 


Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together and you will have the perfect salad that you will love. 

Quinoa Salad with Spinach

Ingredients: 

  • 85g quinoa
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 3 cups of chopped spinach
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice


Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy your fresh, healthy salad full of vitamins and nutrients.
