  • 1 Egg
  • Cream


Instructions:

  1. Cut the tofu into small pieces and put them in a large bowl together with salt and curry powder. Make sure to dip every single piece into the mixture.
  2. Whisk the egg into a separate dish and dip each and every piece of tofu that was previously dipped into the salt and curry powder.
  3. In another bowl, put almond flour, curry, garlic and onion powder together and dip the small pieces of tofu. But do it carefully making sure that they all get dipped into the breading to make sure that they get cooked evenly.
  4. Once you are done, put them in a greasy pan and fry for about 10 – 15 minutes until they get completely fried. Or you can just put them in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. And you have created a ketogenic tofu recipe.

Crispy Baked Tofu Keto

Ingredients:


  • 500 gr of tofu
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • A little water
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp of wine vinegar


Instructions:


  1. Carefully dry out the tofu and then start preparing the marinara sauce in the meantime. Add all the ingredients together such as soy sauce, water, garlic, lemon juice and the wine vinegar.
  2. Cut the tofu into small boxes and put them into the marinade. Put each piece into a baking pan and make sure to put them properly so that they can be fully cooked from the inside as well.
  3. Cook for about 30 minutes or so until the tofu starts changing the color and begins to become brown.
